VouchrIt is a product by Zenfi Technologies Pvt. Ltd (“Zenfi/Company”). It is a software intended to automate manual data entry and reconciliation work related to accounts and bookkeeping. At Zenfi, we place the highest importance on respecting and protecting the privacy of our clients. Our relationship with you is our most important asset. We want you to feel comfortable and confident when using our products and services and with entrusting your personal and business data information to us
To perform its task, the VouchrIt software typically requires you (i.e. business entities, individuals, accountants/personnels representing business entities etc, collectively, “Clients”) to upload your accounting documents or provide access to your financial records in order to provide you with intended output. For accountants or personnels representing business entities, the Company assumes that such person has the requisite authority to provide the necessary documents and permissions on behalf of business entities.
Zenfi is the data fiduciary responsible for your personal data. We collect and process your personal data when you visit our website or mobile app (i.e. “Platforms”) and/or request more information about our service and/or purchase our service.

The data we collect about you
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you as follows:
- Identity Data includes first name, last name.
- Contact Data includes billing address, email address and mobile numbers.
- Financial Data includes financial transaction data accessed via Tally or other ERP software files; data pertaining to transactions that is provided by you and/or accessed with your consent from other platforms which is essential for providing the service requested by you. Such services include but are not limited to preparation of accounts, accounting advise regarding tax matters, audit service etc.
- Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of services you have purchased from us.
- Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, device ID and other technology on the devices you use to access our Platforms.
- Profile Data includes your username and password, profession, company information like entity name, function, industry, size; purchases or orders made by you, referrals made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.
- Usage Data includes information about how you interact with and use our Platforms and services.
- Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences

or demographic data which is not personal data as it does not

Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a

in how users are interacting with our Platforms to help improve

We maintain electronic and procedural safeguards of all business data. We use both internal and external resources to review our security procedures. Whenever we prompt you to transmit sensitive information, such as Bank Statements or Passbook information, we support the encryption of your information as it is transmitted to us. Our employees are trained and required to safeguard your information.

Government Law and Jurisdiction
