Frequently Asked Questions
When will my Entries be consumed?
For the banking feature, we will deduct your credits at the time of extracting the transactions from the bank statement and the document is ready for your review. Please note that this is irrespective of whether you eventually send the entries to Tally or not.We will not deduct credits if we are not able to extract the transactions from the bank statement
How many Entries are consumed?
For the banking feature, we deduct 1 credit for 1 successful bank transaction extraction. For e.g. if a bank statement has 100 transactions, we will deduct 100 credits on successful extraction of that bank statement
What if my bank statement is not supported?
We will not deduct any entries if we can't process your file. Our team is actively working to expand our supported formats and we will notify you via email once the specific format is supported
What is the best plan for me ?
You can select the right plan for you by making an estimate of the number of voucher entries that you need to make for your clients or business. This can vary from business to business, hence we have provided multiple plans
What do I do if my entries are incorrectly deducted?
