  • Validity of credits is 1 Year which gets extended as per your latest recharge expiry date.
      For e.g. you had 2000 balance credits expiring on 31st Mar 2024, you make a recharge of 5000 credits (let’s say the smallest plan) on 25th March 2024 - then the expiry date of your entire balance i.e. 7000 credits will be extended to 24th March, 2025 (1 year from the recharge date).

When will my credits be consumed?
For the banking feature, we will deduct your credits at the time of extracting the transactions from the bank statement and the document is ready for your review. Please note that this is irrespective of whether you eventually send the entries to Tally or not.We will not deduct credits if we are not able to extract the transactions from the bank statement
How many credits are consumed?
For the banking feature, we deduct 1 credit for 1 successful bank transaction extraction. For e.g. if a bank statement has 100 transactions, we will deduct 100 credits on successful extraction of that bank statement
Can I transfer or redeem my credits?
Credits once purchased are non-transferable or redeemable for cash. They can only be used to avail the services on the platform.
What if my bank statement is not supported?
We will not deduct any credits if we can't process your file. Our team is actively working to expand our supported formats and we will notify you via email once the specific format is supported
What is the validity of credits ?

You can select the right plan for you by making an estimate of the number of voucher entries that you need to make for your clients or business. This can vary from business to business, hence we have provided multiple recharge plans
